Yes! These can also be cooked in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. I like to flip them over half way through.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. boneless/ skinless chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- On a shallow plate mix together the panko bread crumbs, Italian seasonings, and seasoned salt. In another small bowl add eggs. Beat eggs with wire whisk until combined.
- Dip tenders into egg mixture. Then coat chicken tenders in panko mixture.
- Places the coated chicken tenders onto a lined with parchment paper baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until tenders are fully cooked.

Is there some other liquid I can dip the chicken in besides eggs? Like would egg whites from a carton work? Thanks. LB

Yes. You can use 1/4 cup egg whites as a replacement for the eggs
