Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Whisk egg, lemon juice, minced garlic, and parsley in a large shallow bowl.
Whisk until combined.
Soak the tenders into egg mixture and let them sit in the mixture for 5 minutes. The lemon juice in the egg mixture will tenderize the chicken and makes the tenders super moist!
Meanwhile, in a shallow plate mix together both bread crumbs, Italian seasonings, seasoned salt, and paprika.
After the 5 minutes, coat the chicken tenders in breadcrumb mixture.
Places the coated chicken tenders onto a lined with parchment paper baking sheet.
Spray the tops of the chicken tenders with non stick cooking spray.
Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until tenders are fully cooked.

Love all your recipes I’ve tried, but this one is a favorite. I do them in the air fryer. A bonus that they’re low points for those following the WWs plan

Is there some other liquid I can dip the chicken in besides eggs? Like would egg whites from a carton work? Thanks. LB
