How do I make this Pear Bundt Cake?
Place pears with juice in a large mixing bowl. Add cake mix, egg whites and egg. Beat on low until batter is completely combined.
Spray a 9-inch bundt pan with non stick cooking spray. Pour batter into pan.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz.) no sugar added pears
- 2 egg whites
- 1 large egg or an addtional 2 egg whites
- 1 package (16 oz.) Pillsbury sugar-free yellow cake mix
- 2 tsp sugar substitute ( I use Lakanto classic Monkfruit sweetener )
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Drain pears, reserving the juice; chop pears.
- Place pears along with the juice in a large mixing bowl. Add cake mix egg whites and egg.
- Beat on low until batter is completely combined. Mix on high for 90 seconds.
- Spray a 9-inch Bundt Tube Pan with non stick cooking spray. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
- Cool for 10 minutes. In a small bowl combine cinnamon and sugar substitute.
- Dust the cooled cake with cinnamon and sugar substitute.

Hi, I have a question.. I just put this in the recipe builder and it says 0 points?!? What’s am I doing wrong?

Hi Christina,
The sugar free cake mix is is the only thing that has points which is 47 points for the entire cake mix. Divide by the number of servings which is 14, makes each serving 3 points.
