What makes these Philly Cheesesteak Wraps low in points?
Using a low point tortilla or wrap for these Philly Cheesesteak Wraps will keep these low in points. You may use your favorite low point wrap-but here are a few of my favorite low point wraps that I use:
Olé Extreme Wellness Wraps: These make for a very low point option. They are 1 point per wrap and taste great. You can find them in a 6- pack case online HERE on Amazon or I get them at my local Walmart or Kroger store near the tortillas.
Cut Da Carb Wrap: These wraps are huge! They are 2 points per wrap. They are twice the size (footlong) of the Olé Extreme Wellness Wraps and in my opinion the best tasting wrap on the market. They are 80 calories, 9 net carbs, and 4 grams of protein. You can find these exclusively online HERE on Cut Da Carb’s website. I get them in bulk and freeze them-they last for up to 6 months in the freezer.
Cut Da Carb offers New Customers 10% off when purchase 24 wraps.

Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge: The creaminess of the cheese really enhances the flavor go these wraps. You can find them in these flavors: Creamy Spicy Pepper Jack, Garlic and Herb, Swiss,Light Swiss, White Cheddar, and Asiago. I like the Garlic and Herb for these Philly Cheesesteak Wraps. The laughing cow cheese wedges can be found in the deli area of most grocery stores. You can also get these also online on Amazon HERE. Each cheese wedge is one point each.
How do I make these Easy Low Point Philly Cheesesteak Wraps?
In a large saucepan, bring beef broth and the dried onion to a boil.
Add roast beef slices, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
Meanwhile, spray a large skillet with non stick cooking spray and sauté onion and green pepper.
Remove onions and peppers from heat.
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook tortillas in skillet on both sides for 20-30 seconds on medium high heat.
If using the Cut Da Carb Wraps-fold the cut da carb wrap in half.
Then spread one laughing cow cheese wedge on top.
Top with 3 oz. of roast beef and onions and peppers.
Then roll from the bottom up and cut the wrap in half.
Ingredients:
- 1 ( 10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
- 1 tsp dried onion
- 18 oz. or about 1 1/2 lbs. thinly sliced roast beef from the deli
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small green pepper, thinly sliced, optional
- 6 laughing cow cheese wedges, any flavor (I use Garlic and Herb)

- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container 4 days in the refrigerator.
Makes 6 wraps
Notes:
- You can make just one wrap by using 3 oz. roast beef, and storing the remaining roast beef, onions and peppers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. To reheat microwave the roast beef and veggies for 60 seconds. Then assemble wrap as directed in the recipe.
- 3 oz. of the roast beef is about 3 slices but I like to weigh my slices out using THIS food scale.
