Buffalo Chicken Wrap

This Buffalo Chicken Wrap is a light tortilla filled with buffalo chicken breasts combined with a creamy cheese wedge which makes for a delicious meal.

If you are making these wraps for your entire family- I recommend using my  Zero Point Buffalo Chicken Dip and using that inside each tortilla.  My Zero Point Buffalo Dip is amazing! It can be cooked in the slow cooker and stored in the fridge for up to a week.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cooked chicken shredded or chopped (rotisserie, shredded, or grilled)
  • 1 Tbsp Frank’s original buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Land o’ Lakes light butter made with Canola oil (melted)
  • 1/2 Tbsp light ranch or blue cheese dressing ( I use my Skinny Ranch Dressing )
  • 1 laughing cow cheese wedge
  • 1 low point tortilla (I use olé extreme wellness spinach and herb tortillas)

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, buffalo sauce & butter until the chicken is fully coated with sauce.
  2. Spread cheese wedge on tortilla.
  3. Spread chicken on top of cream cheese
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll the wrap up
  5. Top with light dressing.

Servings: Makes 1 Buffalo chicken wrap/ 2 Freestyle smart points each

You could use any of the flavors! My favorite one is the garlic and herb. I highly recommend that one! It’s delish! They are 1 sp per wedge.

First off LOVE your recipes and I am so glad that I stumbled upon your website!

When I enter this particular recipe in the weight watchers app it shows that this wrap is 4 points total and I am using the same products that you suggested. How are you getting 2 points?
