Zero Point Buffalo Chicken Dip

This Zero Point Buffalo Chicken Dip is super easy to make, requires only 4 ingredients, and makes for the BEST appetizer or snack! Serve with your favorite veggies, crackers, or put inside a tortilla for a delicious wrap!

I love how simple and easy this recipe is-only 4 ingredients-and you have yourself a tasty appetizer or snack!  If you have skinless boneless chicken breast and non fat plain yogurt as a zero point food then this dip is Zero Points per serving-since it contains zero point ingredients.

This dip is great with celery sticks, carrots, thin pretzels, blue cheese crumbles, crackers, or inside a tortilla for wraps.

  1. Combine first three ingredients into slow cooker for 4-6 hours on low.
  2. Using a fork shred chicken and stir in non fat Greek or plain yogurt 30 minutes before serving. Cook on low for an additional 30 minutes 
  3. Garnish with more buffalo sauce and sliced green onions, if desired. 
  4. Serve with celery, thin pretzels, carrot sticks, or low point crackers. 

Notes:

  • Point value only includes the dip. 
  • This dip tastes great with celery or carrot sticks. I also love dipping Tostitos Bite Size Chips in it as well.

If you use canned chicken do you still heat it?

Yes, you can use canned chicken for this. It won't need to cook as long- you'll just want to cook it long enough to where it's warm.
