I love how simple and easy this recipe is-only 4 ingredients-and you have yourself a tasty appetizer or snack!  If you have skinless boneless chicken breast and non fat plain yogurt as a zero point food then this dip is Zero Points per serving-since it contains zero point ingredients. 

What ingredients do I need to make this Zero Point Buffalo Dip?

This dip is great with celery sticks, carrots, thin pretzels, blue cheese crumbles, crackers, or inside a tortilla for wraps.

  1. Combine first three ingredients into slow cooker for 4-6 hours on low.
  2. Using a fork shred chicken and stir in non fat Greek or plain yogurt 30 minutes before serving. Cook on low for an additional 30 minutes 
  3. Garnish with more buffalo sauce and sliced green onions, if desired. 
  4. Serve with celery, thin pretzels, carrot sticks, or low point crackers. 

Notes:

  • Point value only includes the dip. 
  • This dip tastes great with celery or carrot sticks. I also love dipping Tostitos Bite Size Chips in it as well.

I love nonfat Greek yogurt when eaten with fruit and some artificial sweetener but can't seem to be able to eat it in a savory application. Do you have any recipes where you have used nonfat cottage cheese instead?
