Low Point Slow Cooker Artichoke Spinach Dip

This Low Point Slow Cooker Artichoke Spinach Dip is a party favorite! Every time I bring this to a gathering, everyone asks for the recipe!  This is the perfect dip for tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or low point crackers!

What ingredients do I use for this Low Point Artichoke Spinach Dip?

2 ( 14 oz.) cans of Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 

2 ( 10 oz.) packages of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 ( 5 oz.) can light Alfredo 

 

8 oz. light cream cheese

1/2 cup light mozzarella 

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup skim milk or unsweetened almond milk

( overall point value per serving is the same for either option)

 

How do I make this Low Point Slow Cooker Artichoke and Spinach Dip?

Spray a 4-quart slow cooker with non stick cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients into slow cooker. Stir until ingredients are well combined.

Cover. Cook on low for 2-3 hours

Directions:

  1. Spray a 4-quart slow cooker with non stick cooking spray.

Can you bake in the oven versus cook in crockpot?

Yes, you can bake this in the oven at 350 for 18-20 minutes or until bubbly.

Yes, just be sure to thaw the artichokes out. The extra water could make the dip runny.
