What ingredients do I use for this Low Point Artichoke Spinach Dip?
- Artichoke hearts, in water-drained and chopped
- Frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and squeezed dry
- Light cream cheese -I use Kroger whipped Greek cream cheese
- Light mayo
- Light sour cream or non fat plain greek yogurt
- Garlic cloves, minced
- Skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
- Shredded parmesan cheese
- Light mozzarella
How do I make this Low Point Slow Cooker Artichoke and Spinach Dip?
Spray a 4-quart slow cooker with non stick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients into slow cooker. Stir until ingredients are well combined.
Cover. Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
Can I make this in the oven if I don’t have a slow cooker?
Yes, you sure can! I’ve included directions for the oven!
Ingredients:
- 2 ( 14 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, in water ( drained and chopped)

- 1 ( 8 oz.) light cream cheese ( I use Kroger whipped Greek cream cheese)
- 1/2 cup light mayo
- 1/3 cup light sour cream or non fat plain greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup light mozzarella
Slow Cooker Directions:
- Spray a 4-quart slow cooker with non stick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients into slow cooker. Stir until ingredients are well combined.
- Cover. Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
- Serve with your favorite veggies or crackers.
Oven Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8×8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl stir together all the ingredients.
- Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until heated through and melty, about 20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite veggies or crackers.
