What ingredients do I need to make this Cinnamon Roll Casserole?

  • Self rising flour or Kodiak Pancake Mix-The Kodiak Pancake Mix is lower in points and the overall point value per serving would decrease if you use that instead of the self rising flour. You can use King Arthur Gluten-free pancake mix for a gluten-free option.
  • Zero point granulated sugar substitute – I use Lakanto Classic Monk Fruit Sweetener Save 20% on all sale items with promo code: Pound20
  • Vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Unsweetened almond milk or skim milk
  • Large eggs or 4 egg whites
  • Light butter, melted –I use Land O’ Lakes light butter made with canola oil
  • All purpose flour– for the topping. You could use the Kodiak Pancake Mix as a substitute.
  • Zero point brown sugar substitute– I use Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener Save 20% on all sale items with promo code: Pound20. Order HERE.
