This dip is simple to make and requires only three ingredients! This fruit dip will be the star at your party and is a healthier alternative to a traditional fruit dip!

What ingredients do I need to make this Easy White Chocolate Fruit Dip?

  • Fairlife milk, Premier vanilla protein shake, or Fairlife vanilla shake – I love using the Fairlife milk- this milk has 50% less sugar and 50% more protein than regular milk. It has 13 grams of protein per cup!!
  • Sugar free instant white chocolate pudding mix– you could use any sugar free instant pudding flavor. I like to use the white chocolate or cheesecake flavor.
  • Sugar free cool whip-thawed

How do I make this Easy White Chocolate Fruit Dip?

In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk and sugar free pudding until smooth and creamy.

Fold in sugar free cool whip. 

Pour into a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. 

The dip will thicken slightly as it chills.

Serve with your favorite fruit or cookies/crackers.

This is so good!! I used carbmaster vanilla nonfat milk as that's what I had on hand and it tasted so good..even before it chilled! I'm surprised this hasn't gotten any reviews yet..its amazing!
