- I get the Jimmy Dean’s turkey crumbles at my local Walmart store, however every store may differ from the brands they carry. If you can’t find the Jimmy Dean’s precooked turkey crumbles, you can substitute it for (1 ounce per wrap ) of Jennie-o or any other brand of ground turkey sausage for the same point value or diced ham.
- Add your favorite veggie such as: onions, spinach, or diced red or green peppers to the scrambled eggs.
- Top with diced jalapeños or avocado, if desired.
- Substitute the turkey sausage crumbles for bacon crumbles, diced ham, or just veggies.

I made these this morning but I used your slow cooker zero point bbq chicken instead of the turkey crumbles. I can’t find Ole wraps but I got 2 point mission tortillas. This was amazing. I didn’t even sit down, I just ate at the stove. I used some garlic salt, garlic powder, and dried onions in my eggs and when I combined it all together, wow. Do you think they would freeze well though? I’m in nursing school and I need fast food options without a drive thru. Thanks for your awesome recipes!
Hi Andy!
That’s so great to hear! I bet they were delicious with the BBQ chicken!!
Yes, they freeze very well. If you let them thaw out overnight and reheat in the microwave wrapped in a moist paper towel-they are prefect for meal prep!
Thanks so much!!
