For this Low Point Spinach Dip I use Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix.   You can find this at most grocery stores next to the dry soup mixes.

I like the flavor that it adds to the spinach dip. You can also find it online on Amazon here.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Kraft Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 (16 oz.) container non fat plain or Greek yogurt
  • 1 ( 1.4 oz.) package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The longer it chills the better it tastes.

Makes 6 (1/3 cup) servings

I make this dip almost weekly! I like to just add the whole package of spinach and extra water chestnuts. I love to eat it with carrots and celery. So good and my husband and son love it too! I just made some and it's in the fridge chilling out I can't wait to enjoy it with my lunch later!
