Chicken Fried Cauliflower Rice
Honey Cilantro Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen or fresh riced cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup snap peas
- 7 mini cilantro chicken wontons from Trader Joe’s or Costco
- 3 oz. frozen, peeled, cooked and deveined shrimp
Directions:
- Heat skillet over medium with non stick cooking spray, add sesame oil, minced garlic, mini wontons & shrimp.
- Add frozen riced cauliflower, let it sauté for 3-5 min add then add snap peas and soy sauce.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
Servings: Makes 1 large serving / 3 Freestyle smart points

Amazing! I make this recipe once a week! Today I added diced carrots and a few mushrooms because I needed to use them up! Very few calories and oh so addicting! Thank you for the time you put into theses recipes and for sharing!
