Hi Lindsey: These are fabulous as always. I check your site every day for inspiration and January is definitely a month when I need a lot of inspiration. Your granola is a real positive that is talked about at my weekly WW meeting. I don't know if you have ever had the buffalo cauliflower from Whole Foods. It is delicious but not WW friendly even though it uses cauliflower. It has a bit of breading and then I am sure it is fried and has that wonderful buffalo/butter taste. I am looking for a way to lighten it up. Possibly just buffalo sauce and a bit of land o lakes light butter, then cook in air fryer? Not sure. Any ideas you have would be greatly appreciated.
