Bite Size Valentine Brownies

These Bite Size Valentine Brownies are super easy to make and only require 4 simple ingredients! These will curb any sweet tooth! Serve them as your valentine dessert or bring them to your next family gathering!

Makes 24 mini brownies

For these brownies I use the Pillsbury Sugar Free Brownie Mix. I usually buy it from Walmart or you can purchase a 6-pack of them on Amazon. Click HERE Ito order from Amazon.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a silicone 24 muffin pan with non stick cooking spray. 

In a large mixing bowl combine, dry cake mix, egg, unsweetened applesauce, and water.

Stir until fully combined.

Place silicone 24 muffin tin on cookie sheet.  

Using a spoon, scoop brownie batter into prepared pan 24 heart shaped muffin pan or regular 24 muffin pan.

Bake for 14-16 minutes.

Allow brownies to cool for 10 minutes before removing from muffin pan.

Sprinkle a little Lakanto’s powdered sugar over the tops.

Thanks for your comment. I use two spoons ( one for pouring it the batter and one for scraping the batter off the spoon)!
