Need a little dessert in your life? Just because you may be on a weight loss or wellness journey doesn’t mean you have to deprive yourself of delicious desserts. It’s all about portion control and low point alternative dessert options. I’m definitely one to enjoy a little something sweet every night after a healthy meal. Here is a list of just a few of my most favorite low point WW desserts.

The apple pie wontons are delicious! How do you store them? Container? Refrigerated? Right now mine are in a closed container on the sink, and they are better warm than room temperature.....not sure if I should heat them or what! Help!!

Thanks so much. I store them in an air tight container in the refrigerator and reheat them in the air fryer or oven 350-260 degrees for a 5-6 minutes.

I have made most of the above recipes and loved all of them. My new "creation" take off of your cheesecake was to use SF lemon pudding instead of the cheesecake flavor. It is delicious. I usually don't add additional sweetener because I think the pudding makes it sweet enough for us. Thank you for all that you do for us.

Lindsay, I just need you to come cook for me dear! I love sweets. They got me into trouble this holiday season. I dread my next weigh i. Anyway I am currently on track today. Am creating something right now. Not sure what to call it but it sounded good. I like to combine sweetners so I cooked cubed butternut squash in sweetners, cinnamon, nutmeg, fake butter spray, non alcohol vanilla. Cooled. Was gonna just have that but then I decided to ramp it up. Cooked an apple till done. Put both in food processor to smooth Added 2 oz red fat cream cheese (6pts). Pulsed till smooth. Hoping to use on toast. I have no idea if this will be a winner or not. Just sounded good. I'll let ya know.
