BLUE: ZERO Smartpoints per serving for tilapia or chicken

PURPLE: ZERO Smartpoints per serving for tilapia or chicken

This Cajun Tilapia or Chicken Breast recipe is super easy, zero points on the WW blue and purple plan, and they are absolutely delicious! My family really aren’t seafood lovers, so I usually use chicken breasts when I make this but every now and then I will make the tilapia version for me when I get it on sale at the grocery store.

How do I make these Zero Point Cajun Tilapia or Chicken Breasts?

Mix all seasonings in a shallow bowl or plate.

Press both sides of fillet or breasts into seasoning.

Spray a large grill skillet ( I use this cast iron grill skillet) with non stick cooking spray and heat on medium high. Cook fillets or chicken for 5-6 minutes on both sides or until fish or chicken is completely cooked through.

Serve over rice or cauliflower rice and your favorite roasted or steamed vegetable such as my Roasted Broccoli, steamed or air fried asparagus, or my Caramelized Brussel Sprouts.

  • 4 tilapia fillets or 4 (4 oz.) thinly sliced, boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
  • 2 Tbsp smoked paprika

This was delicious! I’m wondering why I’m getting points with the paprika when I put it in my recipe builder though. ‍♀️
