How do I make these Roasted Broccoli?
For this roasted broccoli you will preheat oven to 400 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with foil-lined paper. Spray foil with non stick cooking spray.
I get my broccoli from Sam’s club. They sell the 32 ounce bags in their produce department. You can also just buy fresh broccoli florets and cut them.
Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and place into a large mixing bowl. Toss the broccoli bites with olive oil and kosher salt.
Spread broccoli bites onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle red pepper flakes or paprika over the top of the broccoli.
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning. Remove from oven when broccoli is to your preferred texture.
