Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or strawberries 
  • 4 mandarins, peeled, separated 
  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced 
  • 1 cup green grapes 
  • 1 cup blueberries or blackberries

Directions:

  1. On a large serving tray arrange fruit according to colors by layering raspberries/ strawberries, mandarin oranges, grapes, bananas, and blueberries/blackberries in arched rows.
  2. Substitute your favorite fruit of the same color such as:Red: Red Grapes, Strawberries, Raspberries, Red Apples, Watermelon

    Orange: Oranges, Mandarins, Mangoes, Grapefruit, Cantaloupe

    Yellow: Bananas, Pineapples

    Green: Green Grapes, Kiwi, Green Apples, Pears
