Lightened Up Greek Feta Dip

This Lightened Up Greek Feta Dip is one of the easiest dips you’ll ever make! It’s loaded with feta, greek yogurt, light cream cheese, and fresh dill. This dip comes together in just 5 minutes! Serve it with veggies, pita chips or your favorite crackers!

This Lightened Up Greek Feta Dip loaded with feta, greek yogurt, light cream cheese, and fresh dill. This dip comes together in just 5 minutes! Serve it with veggies, pita chips or your favorite crackers.

What ingredients do I need to make this Lightened Up Greek Feta Dip?

  • Reduced fat or fat free feta- crumbles
  • Non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • Laughing cow cheese wedges– you can use any flavor. I like to use the garlic and herb, softened
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh dill, chopped

How do I make this Lightened Up Greek Feta Dip?

In a large bowl combine the non fat plain Greek yogurt, laughing cow cheese wedges, lemon juice, and zest. Whisk until well combined.

Season with salt and fold in dill and feta crumbles.

Transfer dip to a serving bowl.

Garnish with fresh dill.

Serve with your favorite crackers, veggies, sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and/or pita chips.

This feta dip can be made a day ahead and does get more flavorful the longer it sits in the fridge.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup reduced fat or fat free feta, crumbles
  • 2 cups non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 laughing cow cheese wedges, softened
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chopped dill, plus more for garnish

Serve with these optional ingredients:

  • English cucumber, chopped 
  • Cherry or melody tomatoes, halved 
  • Pita chips, for serving

Directions:
