This Orange Creamsicle Fluff is an easy dessert salad that tastes like an orange creamsicle-this fluff salad makes for a fantastic side dish to any party, potluck, or BBQ!

What ingredients do I need to make this Orange Creamsicle Fluff?

  • Sugar free orange Jell-O-you can find this at most grocery stores or on Amazon here> sugar free orange Jell-O
  • Instant sugar free vanilla pudding– you’ll use the 1 oz.) box instant sugar free vanilla pudding
  • Sugar free cool whip topping– you can find this at most grocery stores. You could also use the light cool whip topping if you are unable to find the sugar free.
  • Mandarin oranges-I like to use the no sugar added canned and drained. 
  • Fat free cottage cheese – if you’re not a fan of the texture-feel free to blend this prior to adding it to the mixture, if desired.

What is a “Fluff Salad?”

A fluff salad is fluffy-like mix of fruit and creamy ingredients. This fluff salad is a dessert “salad” that is made from sugar free cool whipped topping, pudding or gelatin, and fat free cottage cheese. You can add in mini marshmallows and fruit for different flavor variations.

How do I make this Orange Creamsicle Fluff?

In  a large mixing bowl combine sugar free orange Jell-O and boiling water.

Whisk until Jell-O dissolves.

Add cold water and allow to chill for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.

Whisk in sugar free vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for another 15 minutes or until it slightly thickens.

Remove from refrigerator and fold in the sugar free cool whip,

the mandarin oranges, and fat free cottage cheese.

Enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Don't like cottage cheese, can I omit it completely or substitute something else?
