I love making this wrap with al fresco uncured chicken bacon. I heat 4 slices in the microwave for 40 seconds to make it nice and crispy.

It’s only 1 Freestyle Smart Point for 4 slices.

You can find this chicken bacon at your local Walmart store or by searching for a store near you by using their store locator on their website HERE.

For this wrap I use the Ole’ Xtreme Wellness Spinach wraps. They are 1 Freestyle Smart Point per wrap. You can find them at Walmart or Kroger. They also sell a 6 pack on Amazon here and they freeze for up to 6 months.

Notes:

I weigh my Florida avocado on a food scale. This really makes a difference and you’ll see that 1 oz. of avocado is really a good amount for only 1 Freestyle Smart Point.

Ingredients say 4 slices of bacon, but instructions say to microwave 2 slices.

Hi Kathy,

My apologies- I do switch up my bacon when I make this wrap. I either use two slices of the Hormel precooked bacon from Sam’s club (1sp for 2 slices) or 4 slices of the chicken bacon ( 1sp for 4 slices). They are the same point value.

I updated the directions to make it more generic.

Thanks so much.

Linds
